Met up with grass, like after xx days!! :)
The plan of eating frog porridge backfired coz it wasn't opened!!! But, we ended up eating maggi, coupled with chicken wings, pineapple tarts..
I had fun, laughter, and received a mini 'welcome-home' surprise by a lizard! We screamed the roof of my house down man...
*p.s how many times must i come into skin contact with a lizard?

Half the time I weren't here.
Loads of things happened, too much to explain all. 2009 taught me how evil/hypocritical/wicked/cunning/double-sided human's nature can be, how fragile friendships are, how to be brave, how foolish I was to trust people so readily yada yada yada... GROW UP SAMANTHA! Life's like that! I love my boyfriend, I love my friends... Thank you for always being there for me.. Let's rock the whole town in 2010! :)
1st day of 2010 was a blast :) the house party, the midnight movie, the night out... AND I KNOW..THIS IS GOING TO BE A BETTER YEAR!

PENANG
I'm BACK FROM PENANG!
This time wasn't an adventure trip like the previous one. This time we went eating, shopping, visiting temples & reached the summit of penang hill without having to climb it (had phobia of hills and mountains after taishan)
My mum, aunt and cousin went crazy over finding the best PENANG LAKSA, comparing which is the most sour. Imagine everyday for 2 meals, having to try penang laksa. I tasted hoping to find something which had a taste similar to katong laksa, but to no avail.
But, I prefer the sweet stuff though. WOOOO~ I FOUND THE SECOND BEST DESSERT STALL :))

For the past month, we had been through loads, we had experienced all those stressful, happy moments together.
Each day spent with you, is very different from the previous day, even though, we take the same bus route home, we walked the same path home.
Oh yes! Common test was crap! To hell with common test! haha!
I know how much effort you put into studying, your work. I know & I've seen it. Continue, keep the steam running, don't worry you will see the good results :)

I've got another one of my running on the spot while lying on my bed moments. My both legs, circling about on my bed, head buried under my many pillows...
Ok.. I was happily sleeping... until my next next 'best friend' relative decided to come pay a visit.
I dreamt I was in a pet store with dearest.
Did I see any fishes, hamsters, dogs?
NOO! ALL I SAW WERE..
LIZARDS kept in the mini size plastic make-shift fish tank, where kids put their goldfish in. Loads of lizards with different colours, some look like they got the rainbow painted on them man..
Yes! Something like those, but much smaller.
We were just walking, looking, wow-ing at the pretty skin they have.. Then, we started disturbing each other, and I accidentally stepped on this fellow's tail. *FYI he was tooooo big to put in the tank, so he was chained up like how you would put your dog on leash.
OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!
The next moment, I remembered I was running like a cheetah. (If i can run that fast, I will like finish my 2.4km in like 3 mins...)
It was snapping its jaws at me, like a dog man...
Then I woke up, with all my pillows on the floor..
Lucky, it was a dream..
I DON'T WANT TO GO TO KOMODO ISLAND!!

So I researched how not to be scared by lizards, how to befriend lizards, things you need to know about lizards, and I found this instead.
Horned lizards squirting blood, like how the sotong squirts ink.
Horned lizards are slow runners compared to many of their iguanid relatives, and must therefore rely on an assortment of other defense mechanisms when dealing with would-be predators. Camouflage is one of the best defenses horned lizards have. Their variegated skin patterns blend in amazingly well with the sand and gravel of their habitats. The horny toad bag-o-tricks is the ability of some species to squirt blood from their eyes! This above all else is why horned lizards are totally sweet.
AMAZING!
But, I still don't find them cute.

Why do girls cry?
We cry when we can't put the overwhelming feelings we have into words. We cry when crying silently inside is too much to take.
We cry when we feel hurt. We cry when the pain is too much to bear. We cry when we feel so helpless, not able to help out in any way.
We cry when we have the stupid hormones changing, with all the pmses. We cry when we get let down.
We cry when we watched a touching korean drama. We cry when there's something bad going on in the family.
